BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Online bookings are purely for leisure futsal kickabout sessions only. 
  • All online bookings must be paid in full at the point of booking.
  • For any events, company/corporate bookings, coaching and/or futsal tournaments, kindly hit us up at booking@kickoffsg.com.
  • You are advised to check-in at Our office 5 minutes before your booking start time to verify your booking. Please show the confirmation email to Our staff for verification.
  • For bookings with discounted rates, please present to Our staff the proof of documents (student pass, 11B, PAssion card).
  • Standard bookings can be made 14 days in advance whereas bookings for members with packages can be made 28 days in advance.

AMENDMENTS/POSTPONEMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY BY CUSTOMER
  • There shall be no refund for any cancellation of standard bookings.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for no shows or non utilized booking.
  • Any amendments or postponements to standard bookings have to be made five (5) days in advance in writing to booking@kickoffsg.com.

AMENDMENTS/POSTPONEMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY BY KICK OFF
  • Kick Off reserves the right to amend/postpone/cancel any bookings up to and on the day of booking due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond Our control.
  • In any event of cancellation, Our total liability to You shall not exceed the total charges payable by You. We shall not be liable for any additional loss or damage that You suffer as a result of the cancellation.

ALLOCATION OF FUTSAL COURTS
  • Kick Off reserves the right to modify the allocated court(s) in order to facilitate in-house events, for maintenance works or otherwise at our full discretion. 

INDEMNITY
  • The user understands that the usage of the facilities is at their own risk and will indemnify Kick Off and its employees from all claims and damages arising from its use. 
  • We will not be liable for any loss of personal belongings, injuries and/or death that could result from using Our facilities. 

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Kick Off! is a non smoking facility. Under the NEA Smoking (Prohibition in Certain Places) Regulations 2018, it is an offence for a person to smoke in smoking prohibited areas at any playground or exercise area that is publicly accessible, including any sidewalk, chair or bench or other adjacent amenity for the users of the playground or exercise area or for care givers accompanying such users. Users who smoke/vape in our premises may be subjected to regulatory actions by the relevant authorities. Our staff reserves the rights to enforce these regulations and non-cooperative individuals may be asked to leave our premises.
  • No eating and drinking is allowed in the courts.
  • Consumption of alcohol is not permitted in Our premises.
  • User is responsible for keeping the premises in good condition and will be held liable for any damages done to the properties of Kick Off.
  • Being an all-weathered facility, there will be no replacement slots and/or refund of pitch rental fees issued as a result of bad weather. Rain or shine, your game can go on. 
  • Renting of futsal balls can be made at Our office with a $10/ball deposit, refundable upon the return of the balls. Users will be liable for the loss of Our balls, chargeable at $40 per ball.
  • Kick Off reserves the right to take photographs or videos during any events or activities You are participating in within Our premises. These photographs and videos can be used by Us for promotional or commercial purposes in Our website and/or any of Our social media accounts without any consent from You.
